  • The Koert-One Body armour is a lightweight CE-certified protector that offers excellent body protection against impact.
  • The innovative construction combines the lightweight/action of a motocross bib and the protection of a body armour.
  • The protective jacket features plastic and PE foam protectors, which provide extended protection, light weight and maximum ventilation.
  • The back protector is designed to provide a better fit thanks to plates that adapt to the shape of the back.
  • The front covers adapt to the body, following the anatomy of the chest.
  • Shoulder and elbow pads are made in two parts to provide excellent protection and ease of movement.
  • Front and back plates are supported by super ventilated padding.
  • EN 17092-6:2020 referring to Protective clothing for motorcyclists which guarantees:
    1) Impact energy absorption
    BACK PROTECTOR certified EN 1621-2:2014 level 1
    SHOULDER AND ELBOW PROTECTION certified EN 1621-1:2012 level 1
    FRONT certified EN 1621-3:2018 level 1
    2) Resistance to impact abrasion
    3) Seam resistance and structural closures
    4) Tear resistance
  • Elasticated ventilated waistband with double-adjustment Velcro closure.
  • Side elastic band.
  • Double padding on back one of which is removable and washable.
  • Sleeves constructed with highly breathable elastic mesh.
  • Crisscrossed elastics on sleeves for maximum stability.
  • Central YKK zipper.
  • Adjustments on elastic band via double elastic and double Velcro.
  • Adjustments on sleeves via crossed elastic bands
  • Acerbis logo insert on front and back plastics. Homologous loop stitching labels under plastic on chest, back, left shoulder and left elbow.
