Bionic Action jacket


All components are designed to provide a very low material construction for an extremely light, thin and very ventilated manufacturing
The main elastic elastane mesh construction is highly breathable and retains its shape and structure, while keeping the protection plates close to the body while riding on corrugated surfaces.
Fits versatile and customizable with detachable top back panel for Bionic neck support (NBS) compatibility
The plate design incorporates an innovative integrated grid structure that, during an impact, absorbs and dissipates energy forces in its cellular structure.
All panel housings (back, chest, elbows and shoulder) are constructed from a performance blend of injected polymer for optimized flexibility and excellent weight reduction properties
The plates are ergonomically contoured to follow the body's natural curvature and have air ducts to improve airflow and prevent heat buildup.
The rear guard has three articulated plates to allow greater flexibility and an adaptable fit of the back in all driving positions
The plates "lock" in the event of an accident to reduce potential spinal cord injuries
Thermoformed foam collar and shoulder for comfort and structure
All plates are mounted on PE-lined panels, which are highly perforated to provide comfort and convenience to the touch
Silicone traction clamps on the shoulders for convenient and safe mounting of Alpinestars BNS
Elastic waist with thermoplastic rubber strap (TPR) system for improved ergonomics and a personalized and safe fit
Premium YKK self-locking zippers for main front closure, plus zippered garage for enhanced comfort
